The vision that launched Daedalus Software is centered on market leadership through technology innovation, long-term, customer service, and the creation of sustainable customer, partner, employee and investor value. Our vision allows us to focus on solving the challenges of our customers and partners through technology enablement, strong service capability and on-going support. The company has concentrated on designing and developing technology solutions based on the creation of strong, collaborative relationships with key subject matter experts in clinical and anatomical pathology, oncology, research, commercial R&D and in the organ and tissue transplantation sectors. Finally, the vision allows Daedalus Software to be a problem-solver and market maker within and for the value chain of drug and device discovery, development, clinical trials and commercialization through to academic and clinical research, diagnosis, treatment and cure of diseases and the transplantation of organs and tissues.

Daedalus has four primary corporate goals in place to accomplish this mission:

• To organize, staff, and manage a multiplicity of best-in-class software engineering teams in developing countries around the world, each with its own distinctive array of specialties, skills, and project experience.
• To engage those teams in providing increasingly complex software business solutions to enterprises in the developed nations.
• To build an international network of such teams, stimulating technological innovation and the delivery of increasingly complex solutions, and thereby building bridges across the economic and digital divides.
• To become a respected global company and a leading contributor to local economic, social and human growth in the developing countries through the promotion of entrepreneurship in software engineering.
