Daedalus Teams

The software engineering teams at Daedalus development centers all have in common a rigid team structure, up-to-date technological skills, and universal compliance with the highest standards of quality assurance, version control, and project management processes. They are also exemplified by an almost non-existent turnover rate: typically, our teams have been composed of the same group of individuals for up to ten years.

Every Daedalus team is lead by a highly qualified engineering lead (many of whom are bilingual), and managed by a bicultural/bilingual regional Vice-President of Engineering and Product Development. From our headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts, our project managers, consultants, technical advisors, and business liaisons all work closely with the regional VP, Engineering and Product Development in the execution of every Daedalus development program.
