Method of Operations
For every Daedalus Software development program, a technical project manager will be assigned to
maintain contact with the customer, and manage the development process through the life cycle of the project. In addition
to the project manager, Daedalus' U.S.-based technical and business representatives will visit the customers at their
sites for discussions and in-person communication, as well as final assembly and installation.
Everyday issues will be handled effectively through telecommuting management and electronic
documentation. After the analysis, design, development and integration phases are complete, maintenance, troubleshooting,
and version upgrade services are available.
As the initial step, Daedalus' project manager, along with Daedalus' engineering managers, will
work with the customer to define the project specifications. Thereafter, the assigned team will quickly move through
the entire business requirements analysis phase, including application consulting, solution design, project specification
development, systems integration planning, and front-end software architecture stages.
Throughout every Daedalus Software development program, constant, interactive communications and
detailed documentation for every phase of the project is our number one priority. Every team is focused on attention to
the customer's requirements, technical superiority, and creative problem solving….all targeted to achieve precise and
successful execution of the overall project.
